    As the Buddhism Country, Cambodia is proudly to introduce you the meditation experiences as part of our broader cultural programs. Conducting this tour, you will learn and understand the roles, techniques and the benefits of meditation for mental well-being.

    It is a guided tours to Buddhist temples, pagodas, or at monasteries where we personally selected and offer you the sessions by the Buddhist monks in a few minutes, educate you about the significance of meditation in Buddhism and its benefits, before you practice the meditation. In general, the best practice is between 20-30 minutes for those whom got used to and do it well.

    After conducting this tour, you will understand the way of our mindful traditions, the beliefs and practices in Buddhism that ensuring a respectful and meaningful experience for tourists. Your tour is included the main highlight temples in Angkor complex.

    • DAY 1
      Welcome to Siem Reap
      the gateway to a unique blend of cultural heritage and natural beauty. Meet your local guide and driver who will escort you to the hotel for check in. Upon arrival at the hotel
      you will be greeted by the hotel staffs at their hospitality desk and follow by welcome drinks during the check-in process. It would take 5-15 minutes depends on the group size. Feel relax and enjoy the moment of time at your arrival. Enjoy the introduction tour around the city and take the 60 minutes Spa and treatment relaxation before Dinner.

    • Day 2
      * Wake up early morning at around 4:30 am. Drive to Phnom Krom for sunrise.

      Experience the peace and quiet of Siem Reap on this full-day tour that starts with an early morning drive up the hills overlooking Tonle Sap. Here
      you will meet the monks of a Buddhist temple for a short introduction to the meditation process
      and the rituals of blessing.
      Feel the tranquillity of the dawn before sunrise
      and watch the monks in full meditation. Your guide will take care of all necessary arrangements
      such as making donations and giving alms.
      After you’ve watched the sunrise
      take time out to sit on a hill overlooking Tonle Sap lake and re-energize with a complimentary breakfast box before your descent to visit Chong Kneas
      a typical floating fishing village of the region. Back town for refreshment and lunch.
      Set off again at about 14:30 in the afternoon

      Stay relax at the temple compound till or before sunset
      you can decide to go up Phnom Bakheng for overlooking view from the hill top or get on the balloon ride for the funny 10 minutes fly.
